About Hida Space Science Museum KamiokaLab

At the “Hida Space Science Museum KamiokaLab” in the roadside station “Sky-Dome Kamioka” in Kamioka Town, Hida City, you can see the image of the Super-Kamiokande projected on a huge screen with a height of 7 m. Also, on the wall, the photomultiplier tubes used in the Super-Kamiokande are exhibited. In addition, you can experience games related to neutrino research. Admission is free, and science communicators always stay to explain the exhibitions. The content of the exhibition is fully supervised by the Super-Kamiokande researchers.
