The 5th meeting of the Hyper-Kamiokande Project Funding Oversight Panel, organized by ETH Zurich,  was held on October 23, 2025, at the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) in Switzerland.

Approximately 50 participants attended the meeting, including representatives from funding agencies and research institutions of the 23 countries involved in the Hyper-Kamiokande project. They engaged in active discussions on the experimental plan, construction progress, and the current budget status.

Following the meeting, participants also visited facilities related to the Hyper-Kamiokande project, including performance tests and the assembly work area of the electronics.
