For Japanese participants :

We accept requests for accommodation only from foreigners.
Please arrange by yourselves.

For Foreign participants :

Please fill in the hotel request in the registration form when you submit.  We will send you the confirmation of the hotel reservation.  Hotels are listed below.
  * Any changes of your plan after the confirmation should be sent directly to the hotel. Thank you.
  * Please feel free to contact us if you need help with finding another hotel to suit to your budget. 
For the internet reservation for more reasonable price, please do it by yourself.
